You can’t miss the two online appointments with ELLYSSE that will be held on the occasion of AI Week Italy 11-16 May.
Our interventions are marked on the agenda:
– 12 May: Speech 30′ entitled “Botrainer and chatbot, perfect mix for a quality contact center. Methodologies and tools to create virtual assistants” – Our BOTrainer Specialist will show us the salient stages of training a performing Chatbot.
– 13 May 10.30 -11.30: Workshop entitled “Chatbot, advantages and strategies in integrating with customer service. Case studies and machine learning technologies in comparison” – Starting from some case studies, live demos and some slides, we will personally understand the benefits of a Chatbot / Voicebot integrated with the Contact Center.
